Luís Leon
Co-founder
A Law graduate, Luis has built his career of over 20 years as a tax consultant in a Big 4, having been promoted to Partner in 2014 and leader of the individual taxation team since June 2020.
Luís has been involved in several tax and social security advisory projects for individual clients, both national and international, as well as being a certified trainer. Luís has been regularly in the press, radio and television commenting and analysing tax changes in Portugal, in particular the implications of the State Budget measures.
Aline Almeida
Co-founder
Aline has a degree in Economics and has been a tax consultant for over 20 years, having worked in a Big 4. She was promoted to Partner in 2021 and led the Family Business practice. Aline is registered at the Order of Economists with the specialty of tax consulting.
She has been working with individual and corporate clients on individual taxation and social security matters, on consultancy and compliance issues. She has participated as guest speaker in several national and international conferences and seminars, being also a certified trainer.
Mariana Carp
Partner
With a degree in Law, Mariana worked as a lawyer for 8 years, as a Technician in the Personal Income Tax Department of the Portuguese Tax Authority for more than 10 years and as a tax consultant in the individual taxation team of a Big 4 for another 4 years.
She has worked with Portuguese and international clients, both at a corporate and individual level. He has also participated in several technical publications on Social Security.

Pedro Coutinho
Partner
A law graduate, Pedro worked as a lawyer for more than 3 years and as a tax consultant in two Big 4's for almost 11 years.
His professional experience includes assisting individual clients and companies with IRS and Social Security issues. Pedro has also provided tax advisory services on asset restructuring and succession planning.
